Very nice quiet area in Fort Myers, Florida. I currently have a roommate and she will be moving the end of the year. The room is unfurnished. It does have a tv with Roku as well as wifi.You will have access to all common areas. There is parking, all other areas are furnished. Included washer and dryer. My landlord pays trash and water. You will also be responsible for half of the electric bill each month. It is a really peaceful area near Page Field close to businesses. I cannot add a photo of the actual room because my current roommates accommodates it for privacy.

I am 60 and a widow 2.5 years. I am clean, mostly quiet although I do like to play music on the tv. I work some evenings, though my schedule could change. I cook sometimes, clean. I am a little bored being single. Someone that likes to have nice conversations would certainly be welcome. I am looking for a female only new tenant to share half the cost of a nice two bedroom apartment. I think it is really a duplex. The room will be available 1/1/2027. I am looking forward to hearing from you. My landlord will be doing the screening before lease signing. No drugs and no smoking please.
