The home: 2 full floors of a classic brownstone with a private backyard and garden, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms, great light, plus office/studio spaces. Heat, hot water, and cooking gas are all included — you only pay electric. Wonderful, responsive, genuinely kind landlords. Located by Crown Heights and Prospect Heights. Close to the 2/3/4/5 at Franklin/Nostrand, also access to A/C/G lines, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Botanic Gardens and everything on Franklin Ave.

Who I’m looking for: someone financially stable and genuinely long-term — this is a home, not a stopover. All roommates will complete an application with proof of income for the landlords’ approval, and I’m moving quickly: you should be able to view this week and submit application materials by Thursday. Friday at the latest. Couples welcome.

The household: I’m a musician and music educator, and the household will be working professionals–friendly, considerate, and settled. We keep a clean, calm home. No pets (building policy) and no smoking.
