About Me / The House: I live here by myself and I’m a pretty chill, easygoing guy. I respect your privacy — having a buddy or two over, or relaxing with a beer in your room, is not a problem. The main thing I care about is cleanliness. My last roommate was a bit of a slob, so I’m looking for someone responsible enough to pick up after themselves and keep shared spaces clean (I’ll handle taking out the main trash). The room comes furnished with a bed, clean covers, your own closet, private bathroom, and a built-in lockable safe for valuables. There’s also a spot ready for you to bring your own TV. If you’re clean, down-to-earth, and communicate well, we’ll get along great.
