Hello! The house is located very close to CSU and multiple bus stops. The bedroom is unfurnished but shared spaces are filled with furniture, appliances, etc. Just need to furnish your own room. We also have a front yard with a driveway and garage, and a backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture!

We are 3 women, Kelly works full time in Mead, Chelsea is a PhD student at CSU, and our third roommate, Reese, is moving in this August, with her cat. We are pretty social people but we also value alone time 😌
