We live in a cozy home up on the hill by OHSU. There is a beautiful view out the porch and we are surrounded by woodsy hiking trails. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. We have a shared kitchen and common areas. The open room includes an outside access door and is located downstairs. This person shares a bathroom with 2 housemates. Street parking is limited and available by yearly permit (no reserved parking). Utilities are split through an app and average $50/mo.
