About the room

Short walk to the San Clemente State Campground and Beach. Right by the Elementary School and overrall a quiet area. Close enough to bike to Trestles. Maintenance crew is quick to respond and fix issues. You’ll have your own parking spot as well. 2 bed 2 bath apartment so no sharing of a bathroom. Small patio as well if you want to grill.

About the roomies

My current roommate is moving out soon and I’m looking for someone to fill their spot. I’ve lived here for over a year now and have loved it. I was born and raised in San Diego and love all things SoCal, snowboarding, surfing, spearfishing, and the gym. Typically up at 7 am and in bed at 11 or 12. I’m a clean individual, one pat and one pan kind of cook.
