About the room
Currently looking to fill a room in a spacious 3 bedroom house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood of West Sacramento, close to groceries, shopping, and a quick drive to downtown and freeway access. You’ll have your own room (14’x14’), which is unfurnished (current photos show current tenants stuff). You’ll also have access to the shared living space including a bathroom that will be shared with one tenant (who is not home often), space for storage in the kitchen, along with joint storage in a one-car garage. On average the utilities are $175/month for all (water/sewage/trash/electric/gas/internet).
There is also a back yard which is nice to lounge around especially during the spring and fall. The landlords however have a no-pet policy, unfortunately.
The room’s current tenant will be leaving on August 9th, 2026 and we’re looking to get a replacement to move in on that date or soon after.
About the roomies
I (Sean) am the primary tenant 37(m) and have been living in the house for 15 years. I currently work from home full-time and stick to my room for the most part. The other tenant, Daphne 23(f), has been in the house for 2 years now and is working out of town and also typically stays with her partner.
