The room is furnished with new like rooms to go matching bed set beauty rest queen mattress that’s been in a mattress cover it’s in mint condition included large flatscreen TV and I also have Wi-Fi HBO discovery Netflix the room is carpeted tile downstairs all the amenities full washer and dryer new dishwasher. You’ll get a permanent parking sticker. You have to pay $100 to the HOA for the parking sticker there’s also guest parking here what I like the most is there’s a community pool here. It’s really nice and the house is next to four malls grocery store banks IHOP one block away from the major bus line. You will have to do a lease and it has to be approved by the association. This is why the room is ready now, but it may take up to 10 days to clear your lease and I’ll bring anybody here. Only my daughter I have a pet bunny so I cannot have any other pets here.
