100-year old, quirky house close to town (15 minute walk). The available room is upstairs and said to have Harry-Potter vibes (?). The upstairs level also includes another bedroom lived in by a super cool guy and a shared sort-of half+ bathroom…..it has a tub but no shower. The shared shower everyone uses is on the first floor.
Utilities are shared between everyone and depending on the season of the year, can range from $75-$150ish/month on top of rent.

Three interesting, 40+, working individuals who are all easy-going and enjoy each other’s company sometimes and sometimes do their own thing (two are partners). Two sometimes-maniacal dogs who love Love and provide home security and once won-over by a new person welcomed into their tribe, offer a healing friendship <3
