About the property

Hello all! I will be moving out of state and looking for a new person to sign a lease in my unit. The property is pet friendly, has an elevator and this studio is 400 sq ft. This is a good sized unit for one person or a couple if you like things cheap and basic. Rent is $1,195 utilities are $100 or less a month depending on usage. Wifi and electric are separate so that will be up to you.

This property is great for people without cars! Nearby a lot of transit and walkable to many restaurants and bars in Seattle. Located near the space needle is sort of the border between belltown and queen anne. There is W/D downstairs on the 1st floor it is $2.50 a machine via an app on your phone. Bathroom comes with a big tub. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher but the fridge is full sized, there is an oven/range, and sink. Lots of storage in kitchen and closets for a studio.

I have a mattress I am looking to get rid of when the time comes so if you’d like it, I can throw that in for free. Will also be looking to sell my computer desk and chair too if interested :)

MOVE IN: Building managers want a 12mo lease only, if you do good on the credit check (they are mostly looking at collections and evictions) the deposit will be smaller- otherwise you should expect one months rent for deposit. Getting a cosigner if you are denied will approve the application.
