About the room
It is a manufactured house, it’s 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Washer and dyer included, kitchen and living room are shared spaces. There is 2 rooms available and both rooms will be sharing 1 bathroom. Cats and dogs are allowed if majority contained to your space. Your rent includes; all utilities, internet, and your rent. All you have to worry about is your phone bill, car insurance and food. We are looking for someone who is down to earth, super easy to get along with and really chill.
About the roomies
There is 2 people living in the master bedroom, it is me and my boyfriend, we tend to keep to our selves as we are gamers. We do smoke cigarettes in the house but tend to keep it in our room, we can be a bit noisy when we are gaming. We have a dog who is 2 years old now, she is super friendly, rarely barks but loves to play with anyone and anything.
