Hello! I currently am looking for two roommates to fill in 2 rooms in my townhome in Lincoln Heights! 1 year lease.

Rent is only $1,450 for each room and it includes ALL utilities (internet, water, gas, etc). Lease would start in Sept 1.

The townhouse is located in a gated community. Both rooms are private, and offers the following:

\- en suite restroom
\- in unit washer/dryer
\- furnished (desk, bed, chair) provided
\- monthly common rooms cleaners
\- parking for first person who signs (second person maybe, but street easy parking)

You will be living with two other individuals (1 male/1 female). Both are respectful and like to keep to themselves. We would prefer people who are the same and clean. Message me if interested
