Rent is $1350 Heat and hot water included we pay internet and electricity which is usually between 30-50 a month but can go up in the summer if you decide to put in an ac.

Currently there are two people living in the apartment both women, one is a graduate student the other is a full time worker. There is a cat in the apartment but all pet supplies stay in owners room. There are no other pets allowed in this unit.
