About the room

The apartment is located in a gated community, has a fitness center, along with two spas and pools surrounded by pine trees.

The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor and includes an in-unit washer & dryer, central heating and cooling, and has a balcony. The room being rented is about 12ft by 10ft, including the closet space. The apartment allows max 2 pets and we already have 2, so if you have pets unfortunately we cannot accommodate.

There is also a bus stop in front of the apartment complex so if you take public transportation then it is very accessible.

About the roomies

I (27NB) am sharing a bedroom with a friend (25M) and his two cats Runt (18F) and Sage (7F).

I work in office for the county between 8:00am and 4:30pm. I like to play videogames, read webcomics, write stories and do digital art in my free time. I would love to get into voice acting one day and go back to college to finish my psych degree and be a gender/sexuality therapist. When I can I like to explore cities, go to farmers markets, and go on forest walks. I’d like to get into sewing and making my own webcomics/create my own stories!

My friend is disabled so he is home most days and makes any money he can from home while doing most of the household cleaning and cooking(he is a fantastic cook!). He is celiac so any sort of gluten cooking would have to be done on the balcony or he would have to be given a heads up if cooking inside. He likes to design buildings in games, run multiplayer servers, make custom content, and he plans to get into game and software coding. He also has other hobbies like sewing, clothing making, and jewelry making.
