However, all 4 people would have to come to the office to finalize the process. And this person needs to be able to qualify by themselves, therefore they would have to submit their income before you sign the roommate release They need to make on average more than 2.5 the rent.”

Currently, we have three people living in the unit and we will be happy to work with you during this new home transition.

About 7-10 minutes drive from Pompano Beach pier. Gas stations couple blocks down. 5-8 minutes from AMC. Right in the middle of Fort Lauderdale and Boca.
