This private living space includes two bedrooms on the far side of our one-story home, allowing one room to be used as a bedroom and the other as a living room or office. You’ll have your own private bathroom, ample closet space, and access to a shared kitchen and laundry room.

All utilities are included, along with monthly maid service. The home also features a covered backyard patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors. With no stairs, the home is easily accessible.

Located in a safe, gated community, residents also have access to a community pool and can enjoy walking through the neighborhood for exercise.

We are a friendly older couple looking to share our home with the right roommate. We have four small, very friendly dogs, so we’re looking for someone who loves dogs and is not allergic to them.

Our ideal roommate is a non-smoker who is at least 50 years old, preferably female, and speaks English. We welcome renters looking for either a short-term stay of at least 3 months or a longer lease of up to one year. We hope to find someone who will enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home environment.
