The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking, and it’s a really pretty area back near Cathedral Oaks. Location is also very convenient, with close access to the Patterson highway entrance. It’s about 7 minutes to UCSB without having to deal with Goleta traffic, and also has quick access to Santa Barbara.

Current tenants are male working professionals / UCSB staff, and we would prefer someone similar or a graduate student. The lease is 1 year; however you may exit earlier if you find a replacement to take your spot.
