Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft-style condo in the heart of SoMa. I’ll be using one bedroom, and you’d have the other, along with your own bathroom. The place is about 1,800 square feet across three levels, so there’s plenty of room and privacy. It also includes secured garage parking with EV charging, extra storage, in-unit laundry, a private patio, and a roof deck with unobstructed views of the San Francisco skyline. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, an Urban Market across the street, and Hayes Valley and BART are both within easy walking distance. It’s also very close to Uber, Adobe, Airbnb, and many of the startups around SoMa.

I’m Paul, and I work at Stripe leading our nonprofit business, where I spend my time helping mission-driven organizations around the world grow and raise more money online. Outside of work, I’m pretty low-key. I enjoy cooking, reading, staying active, going to the symphony, and spending time with friends. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I tend to keep a quiet, consistent routine during the week. No one else living in the loft!
