Looking for someone to sublease my room in the Deaverview / West Asheville area! Start date Aug 1st at the earliest. The lease is up on January 31st, so you have the option to renew then. The landlord Also, it’s just 10 minutes from West Asheville and about 15 minutes to Downtown! Females preferred. No couples. Another cat might be alright, but probably no dogs.

Details: Move-in Aug 1st at the earliest (am flexible)

Option to renew Jan 31st

Your total share is ~$800 a month. ($725 for rent, $50 for water and trash, $15 internet, ~$35 electricity)

House has enough driveway parking for all 3 roommates AC and central heat

Washer and Dryer included

Roommates share one large bathroom, kitchen, and living room

The bedroom comes unfurnished BUT I am willing to negotiate on selling the bedframe + mattress as well as a clothing rack that sits outside the closet.

You’d be sharing a clean, quiet house with two girls in their early 20s and their two cats. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood overall. The landlord has been very helpful and quick to respond to issues!
