Beautiful and well-decorated room with an attached washroom in a clean and quiet surrounding. The rent is very inclusive and is monthly basis, we prefer tenants who are willing to stay for a long time period. The use of common facilities like washing machine and dryer comes free. The house is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood and with transportation facilities available nearby. The room is suitable for someone who is well-mannered and clean. Indoor smoking is not allowed but pets are welcome after training. The room is move-in ready, and you are welcome to view the room.
