$550 first month rent payment, $300 security deposit and signed tenancy agreement are the requirements to move in. Proof of income (pay stub, government allowance or disability payment record) will also need to be presented to rent the room. Room is furnished with bed, mattress, sheets, two night stands and a dresser. Smoking is okay outside, but not inside of the house. Single person tenancy per room. Available as of August 1st.
