Kitchen appliances are also brand new, including dishwasher, and gas-range stove. Two separate AC units go to each of the living spaces to control temp individually.

Yard is fully fenced, landscaped with mature, shady ficus trees, a covered and uncovered patio area for bbq/entertaining, a basketball hoop and two mature citrus trees that produce fruit in the spring. Parking is uncovered, but driveway spot would be yours. Wonderful neighbors on a very quiet street.

I am out of the house most nights/days so you’d mostly have house to yourself.
