We have one bedroom available for rent starting August 1, 2026 in a three bedroom condo. We are located 7 blocks from old town, and about 5 minutes to CSU. The Poudre River and Lee Martinez Park are within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet. If available there is off street parking and also plenty of free street parking.

There is 1.5 bathrooms in the condo. One shower. The living room would be yours to decorate and use a majority of the time, most of the stuff in the picture besides the couches will be gone.

Rent is $700/month plus a $750 security deposit. Utilities are about $100-$110 a month per person. We will be holding interviews for this room and if selected you will need to apply with Drake Manor Property Management to pass a credit & background check. This is a one year lease.

If you would like a bigger room there is one available for $900. Please inquire if interested.

I am a 37 year old massage therapist and my roommate is a 30 year old who works in retail and is going to school for computer engineering. We are quiet, clean, respectful and do not throw parties. Occasional friends over is definitely cool.
