Rent price includes high-speed internet and all utilities. There is a washer and dryer in house.
This includes one full bathroom all to yourself.

Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and the kitchen cine with dishwasher and other appliances. You will get pantry space as well. And there is a large refrigerator. There is a fenced in side yard, garden space and a patio free to use. Parking is street parking right in front of the house. The Room is 10x11 sqft. Comes with a closet.
