About the room

I have a spacious home in an upscale, quiet, and very safe neighborhood. I’m offering an extra-large bedroom (18’ x 15’) with its own private bathroom, and you’ll have access to the entire house except for my bedroom. The extra-large bedroom has high ceilings and beautiful bay windows overlooking mature trees, creating a peaceful, private setting. French doors open to an adjoining private shower and bath. You would have garage parking with a remote.

One of my favorite features is the large deck that spans the entire length of the house. It’s furnished with comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind after a long day. It has a table for six with a large umbrella. Large flowering plants are throughout the deck creating a garden feeling.

Directly behind my house is an 82-acre park and a wilderness preserve with walking trails, creeks, waterfalls, butterflies, and seasonal wildflowers. It’s a wonderful place to walk, exercise, or simply enjoy the outdoors. It is a totally different ecosystem. There are no sounds of the city or residential sights. The rent is $1,200 per month with a $200 security deposit, of which $100 is refundable when you move out. The lease is a minimum of three months. The rent includes water, electricity, network, Wi-Fi and trash removal.

There is a 42” TV in the room. The rent also includes Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Prime Video and all regular channels. The washing machine and dryer are both new and have a large capacity.
