About the room
I have a room for rent in my Victorian farmhouse home. Iām looking for a female housemate who is working or a serious student. Must like cats as I share my home with 2 sweet kitties. I have 2 bedrooms available, both are 12ā X 13ā, one downstairs and the other upstairs. One is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair. The rent includes all utilities, internet, cable TV, the use of the washer and dryer, and off street parking. Also, a housekeeper who cleans the shared areas once a week.
