Nice quiet neighborhood, with access to big backyard! The room looks just like the photos but closet was upgraded with two rows of rods to hang clothes. Living room is fully furnished as well as the bathroom and are shared! Lease ends in February, so you will be added to the lease, landlord usually does a general background check! Electricity and Wifi are not included in rent price!

We are two girls in our early 20s looking for a like minded female, we love to cook, hike, make crafts! We both have a cat so no more pets are allowed. Non-toxic household.
