Our home is 4BR/2BR with a fenced backyard. There is plenty of street parking and we’re less than a block from a stop on the 22 bus line. The house was built in 1895 but had major renovations about 15 years ago, so we have A/C!

We live in a quiet neighborhood (Lind-Bohanon) close to a library, trails, and highway connections. Your bedroom is the only one on the ground floor and you’d share a bathroom with one other person. Rent includes all utilities, laundry & a shared meal 2x/week.

Communal spaces include the front porch, living room, dining room, 3-season porch and laundry room. The house is NOT wheelchair accessible, but there are only about 5 steps at both the front and back doors.

We are three educators in our 30s looking for a 4th roommate. Homeowner is one of the roommates!

We share caretaking duties based on individual strengths & struggles. Our home is a safe place for other queer, neurodivergent folks!
