Hi there! I live in a townhouse in Columbia (near the hospital/community college). I am a teacher that lives with two other teachers, and one of them is moving out in the beginning of August. The space that will be available in August is the basement, and there may be an option to move to other bedroom later in the fall.

The space has two closest and there’s also space in our laundry room for storage. There is a half bathroom down with you, and there is a full bathroom upstairs for you to shower! I just painted the room blue and the bathroom green, but you are welcome to paint however you want.

There is a trail that is connected to the neighborhood behind us that we love, and it’s overall a lovely woodsy neighborhood.

Like I said previously, we are a female teacher household! We are warm and keep the house very tidy. We share the kitchen responsibilities and general things to keep the house welcoming. We are looking for a great fit person to complete our house once again.
