You’d have a shared bathroom and full use of the kitchen and living room. The room is unfurnished, so you’d bring your own furniture. Rent covers all utilities and Wi-Fi. So it’s one simple flat payment, no separate bills. Quiet neighborhood, clean and well-kept. Parking spot included.

There’s me and one other roommate, and we both pretty much keep to ourselves… quiet, low-key, respectful of each other’s space. No drama, no party house. I’ve also got a small dog, so animal lovers are a plus (can’t take on any additional pets though). Looking for someone easy to live with. Clean, quiet, and responsible, and on time with rent.
