Looking for a roomate to move into the spare bedroom in my 2 bed/ 2.5 bath townhome! The townhome is in a quiet and gated community super close to the collections and the halcyon off exit 12-13 in Cumming!
You would have your own private room and bathroom that is inside the room. All other common area spaces are shared including the half bathroom downstairs which is mainly used when people are over ! Laminate flooring in rooms/ downstairs. The only carpet is going up the stairs. Washer and dryer included in unit !
About the roomies
I am the only other person living in the townhome besides my two super sweet cats who are both fixed & up to date on all vaccinations, so the roommate would have to be okay with cats🐱. I am a very relaxed and clean person who keeps the common areas clutter & mess free . In my free time I love to go on walks , dabble in some art ( even though i’m not very good at it 🤣) listen to good music and spend time with my friends and cats! I would love to find a roomie that lives similarly and is an animal lover like me!
