About the room

I have a room available in my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home, shared with just me (the third bedroom is a guest room). The house has 2 living rooms, central A/C, and a fully fenced backyard. The room is spacious (12 x 13) and has a ceiling fan. Rent is $850/month plus half of utilities. The start date and lease length are negotiable.

About the roomies

I am 40F and work at CSU. I like having friends over once in a while to BBQ or watch a show. My hobbies include paddleboarding, hiking, skiing, gardening, cooking, and knitting. Also, I travel approximately one week per month. I have an older dog and cat, and would consider a well-behaved dog if it’s a good fit for everyone.

Ideally looking for a graduate student or working professional who is communicative, keeps common spaces relatively tidy, and likes sharing the occasional meal. If you are interested, feel free to reach out with a bit about yourself!
