About the property This is a bright room with hardwood floors and two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It has a big closet with shelves and a hanging rod, so you’ll have lots of storage space. There’s a bathroom nearby with a shower, sink, and mirror. The room is clean, quiet, and ready to move into. The property is located at 55 Circuit St in the Washington Park area of Roxbury, close to Nubian Square. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from Tropical Foods, a large local supermarket, along with several other international grocers and eateries in the area. For transit, Nubian Square Station (bus hub) is about half a mile away, and Roxbury Crossing Station (Orange Line) is under a mile away both giving quick access into downtown Boston. The location is also close to Northeastern University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and MCPHS University, making it convenient for students or anyone commuting into the city.

We’re a group of 5 — 4 of us are students (current or recent grads) from Northeastern University. Everyone’s friendly and easygoing, open to hanging out but also respectful of everyone’s space and schedule. Feel free to cook whatever food you like no restrictions there!
