I am a young working professional (29, male) and my current house mate is moving out at the end of the month. I’m super easy going, neat, clean and organized. No problem sharing spaces, food, items in the fridge, etc. I work in college athletics and have some busy times throughout the year so plenty of opportunity to have your own time and space throughout the week. I currently live in the smaller room of the two in the unit and therefore have a lower rent but I am willing to offer both rooms if someone would like to take the smaller room I am currently in for a cheaper rent payment, I have no problem moving to the bigger room. Apartment can start at a 6-month lease and then we can move month-to-month after that. We have a covered parking garage and the leasing company is really nice and easy to work with. I would like to meet in person if interested and have no problem giving a tour if you’d like to see the space in person. I’ve been here for a year and have had a great experience so far with the complex and living environment.
