The Reserve at Arrowhead is in a really convenient area with easy commercial and freeway access, the atmosphere is super nice, and all the staff and tenants I’ve met have been very kind. I’ve toured the property and used to have a friend who lived here, so I’m really excited to find a roommate to move here with! All their apartments have balconies and the price I listed here is higher than others because it has an interior courtyard view, but I’m willing to talk about that if you need a slightly lower rent! I’m on a waitlist and have an application open, but took these photos from the website because I didn’t want to imply that I already have the apartment secured.

My name is Ashtyn, I’m 24 and I’m an elementary school teacher (hence needing a roommate lol). I am very clean, considerate, generally quiet, and have no pets. I would really love to find a roommate who I could also become good friends with!
