This lovely, fully-furnished townhome is a 5 minute drive from Wegmans and a 2 minute drive from Food Lion. For those without a car, it is a quick 3 minute walk to a half-hourly CAT bus stop that goes to the UVA hospital and the Downtown mall. Additionally, one bedroom and the rest of the home come fully furnished (pictures included). There is an in-home washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, central AC/heating and hardwood floors. Pets are allowed upon paying a one-time fee.
About the roomies
I am a 4th year PhD student who is moving out of town and so I am subletting my space.
You would be sharing the home with one other woman, a UVA graduate student who is in their final year and who works a lot from home. So she would prefer someone who also needs and is looking for a quiet home/work space. Ideally we are looking for queer-friendly folks.
