At Travers Row, we have one unfurnished room available with utilities included. The townhouse has three living levels, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and ice machine, and central air. All row houses have two bathrooms and convenient free parking. Home amenities include quartz countertops, a large front porch, washer and dryer in the basement, and a flex room in the basement. Basement is currently being used as a media room but can turn into a non-conforming third bedroom.

We are a quiet professional couple looking for an extra roommate. This is a pet-friendly home with both cats and a dog. We both play musical instruments but try to keep it quiet. Otherwise, we’re home bodies and spend most of our time reading, playing video games, and watching TV. We’re looking for a like-minded roommate who’s responsible, positive, and easygoing. Ideally, someone who values a calm home, good communication, and is excited to enjoy life.
