Looking for shared living in an excellent neighborhood at a great price? This is the home for you! This residence is a three story townhome with 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The entire ground floor of the residence, including its large living area, half bathroom, and bedroom, will all be yours! In addition, you will have another bedroom and full bathroom on the top level all to yourself. The primary, ensuite, and third bedroom on the top level belong to the other tenant. Please note that access to the shared laundry room requires passage through the ground floor living area.

The kitchen is very large and has a massive island; it can easily accommodate multiple people preparing food simultaneously. Just outside there is a large outdoor deck for entertaining guests. Underneath the deck, there is a small fenced in yard and patio.

This residence is ~50 minutes away from DC, ~15 minutes away from Dulles International Airport, and ~18 minutes from the nearest Metro station. Ample walking trails twist and turn through the neighborhood and Claude Moore Park is just a 5 minute drive away.

Utilities are not included in the rent price. They are in the existing tenant’s name, and will be split 50/50. Parking is free and you will have your own space. You will be added to the existing 2-year lease.

Hi there! I’ve been living in Northern Virginia for about 2 years and I’ve really enjoyed my time here thus far. I love spending time outdoors, whether that means walking a new park with my friends, playing soccer, or going on trail runs. In addition to spending time outside, I volunteer at a nonprofit thrift store and a local bird sanctuary. Since I am out of the house so much, I make a great roommate for those who like privacy and a home to themselves. I regularly clean the entire house I live in twice a week (including shared spaces) and am exceptionally respectful of personal space and others’ need for quiet. If you live with me, you will never find a dish in the sink that’s unwashed or laundry in the washer when you need to use it. You will also find someone who is always willing to listen to your concerns and help you out when you find yourself in need of support. I’m always happy to devote my time to supporting others.

Please note that I am gay and need to live with someone who is comfortable having a gay roommate. I will not tolerate racism, homophobia, misogyny ect. in my home.
