About the room
Home is only 2 years old. In the cypress area neighborhood is very quite and is close to shopping and restaurants. Far enough away from the city to not deal with the hassle but close enough to still have fun. You would have your choice out of two rooms upstairs with brand new adjustable beds. There is a den upstairs with a tv that you can use as your own space to relax. You would have the bathroom to yourself except for times when my daughter is present but the bathroom is a double vanity so you’ll have your own sink.
About the roomies
I am 34, retired military currently working in tech. I have an 11 year old daughter who come to my home every other weekend. I am clean and very responsible and I am quiet and very laidback I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally and I enjoy peace. I have a 4 month old dog that is a Shepard mix that I adopted they are well behaved and stay in my room mainly
