The deposit is $350 and is fully refundable. The room can be rented weekly or monthly with a short-term, month-to-month contract.

About the home & household dynamic: The room is located close to many stores, restaurants, and city buses. The home features a quiet, mature, and balanced environment. We currently have a respectful female tenant and a quiet male tenant. Each person is clean, positive, and stays to themselves.

To maintain this peaceful and balanced household, we are looking for an independent, clean, and positive individual who values a quiet, drama-free living space. We maintain a very respectful property. This room comes with a standard written agreement that includes clear rules on keeping a quiet, clean, and cooperative environment for everyone’s peace of mind.

There are absolutely no animals or smoking on the property.
