The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are $1,000/month each. The apartment features an updated kitchen, spacious living room, hardwood floors, a private deck, and washer and dryer access in the basement. House Rules & Fees:

• $100/month cleaning fee per person, which covers professional cleaning of the common areas every two weeks.
• All roommates are expected to clean up after themselves and keep all shared areas clean and organized.
• Garbage pickup is Thursday morning. Roommates are responsible for placing the garbage bins and recycling bins at the curb on Wednesday evening and returning them after pickup.
• Background check, credit check, income verification, and landlord references are required.
• No smoking. Pets may be considered with approval and one time payment of $300 per pet. The apartment is currently vacant, so you’ll be among the first roommates to move in. If you’re interested in renting with friends or family, multiple rooms are available.
