I’m currently looking for a replacement roommate on my current lease that started in March 2026 and ends March 2027 - move-in ready on August 30th! Currently splitting a 2bed 2bathroom apartment at Townsquare 13 located on the top floor (6th). Has in-unit laundry, AC/heater and dishwasher; the room has a walk in closet but the bathroom is separate and does come with one parking spot. Utilities are based on usage and roughly ~$80-$100; this includes water, sewage, trash, electricity and Wifi. It’s very quiet (unless you open a window and you can hear the street). The apartment complex itself has a pool, jacuzzi, game and entertainment rooms, and BBQ grills.

Hi! My name is Romie (Rami). I’m a UCSD graduate in STEM and hold a research associate position at a biotech company near SB (Hybrid schedule so I do work from home from time to time). I’m a 28 yo male who’s looking for other responsible/mature adults just looking to enjoy their lives without worry. I do have a cat (ESP) and for that, I do take care of the living room/kitchen areas (mop and vacuum) so please no other pets.
