am currently looking for someone to take over my lease with Charme on eagle. I’ve signed for a 2x2 at $1179 a month per bed, which is $30 lower than the current rate. I have not moved in yet, but I have been assigned a roommate, so females are preferred, but males are not pushed to the side, either.   It comes/has •fully furnished •gym •pool •clubhouse •study rooms •coffee shop •slushy machine (ooooh (〜￣▽￣)〜)   The unit is extremely nice and fresh, which is wonderful. You have your own bathroom, walk in closet, and they give your common space with your flatmate a widescreen TV! Pretty crazy ngl.   It also has a great location in regard to UNT. Actually…it’s right behind the school.
