Furnished bedroom on first floor of a ranch house with shared bathroom access. Primary bathroom is shown with double vanity. Mini fridge, microwave, and 32“ TV included in the room. Good size closet with plenty of hangars available for use. Additional closet space can be found in hallway closet.

Also included is access to the kitchen and appliances with ample fridge, freezer, and cabinet space, family room w 85“ TV and surround sound, laundry one day per week, backyard with Gazebo & propane fire pit. A traditional wood fire pit & natural gas Weber grill are additional amenities available for use out back.

The house has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which will be accessible as needed. Pictures are shown following primary bathroom.

The homeowner has spared no expense. The house is setup well. Plenty of room for each roommate to stretch out and enjoy the accommodations. House has a back-up generator, power is always on. AC is cranking during the summer to keep our living environment comfortable. Home appliance warranty included. Issues are fixed timely.

Located ~4mi from Pt Pleasant Beach in a safe quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar.

*Rent at $1250/mo is with a minimum 6mo commitment, longer terms are available. *Knowing that it is summer at the Jersey Shore & seeing as my location is top notch I’d be willing to offer a medium rental term through the end of September at a premium at $500/wk for ~10wks. This option will require a $1000 security deposit.

Employed individual living in a house too big for myself. I live in the studio apartment over the garage. I’m considerate, clean, and accommodating.

On the first floor there are two existing roommates Neil 30, has been a roommate since Sept 1st, 2023. He is an Engineer, into computer gaming, he is quiet, reserved, polite. Patrick, 35, has been a roommate since April 1st, 2024. He is a tool and die maker into fishing. He works long long hours, is not often home, and is very respectful.

In the basement apartment, is Ethan, 21, who’s been a roommate since Sept 1st 2024. He is a restaurant/brew house manager, into fitness and finance. He’s to himself but is very friendly and outgoing.

**Rooms don’t typically become available during the summer. I prefer long-term applicants. 6mo minimum with 12mo commitments available. This room had previously been filled as of June 1st but the roommate had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency. I try to be as understandable as I can. I encourage a friendly respectful living environment.
