About the room
Room for rent for a single occupant. HOA neighborhood in Gold River/Rancho Cordova area available ASAP. Security deposit negotiable. It is the second biggest room in the house, 760$/mo plus bills split 4 ways. You will also get some garage space for additional storage. One dog allowed as long as it gets along with our two cats and dog. Smoking cannabis or cigarettes allowed outside only. There will be an application fee of 50$ to get you on the lease then you will be required to sign a roommate agreement if approved.
About the roomies
I share the master bedroom with my boyfriend of 2.5 years. We are in our early 30s and the other roommate is early 50s. I’m into reading, video games, MTG, and pretty much any kind of art. My boyfriend is into PC gaming, MTG, manga, conspiracy theories, and anything alien-related. Our other roommate loves arts & crafts, DIY projects, coffee, and camping. We’re a clean, organized household and are looking for someone who’ll help keep it that way. All of us are into concerts—mostly metal and rock, but our music taste is all over the place.
