The room is spacious, has its own bathroom that is all yours, as well as a large walk-in closet. Has a large window that lets in lots of natural light.

Per apartment limitations, one additional pet would be accepted with an addition of $35 pet rent.

Roommate just moved out so the apartment living room is unfurnished as well.

Rent is $925 plus utilities, which runs about ~$100 extra during the summer.

Lease runs from now until 1/31/27 with the ability to renew.

Hi there, I’m Jewel! I am 31 and work full time in the medical field. I keep the apartment tidy, and any (if at all) of my messes stay out of shared spaces. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink, and mostly keep to myself. However, I am happy to socialize! I have a very sweet 10y/o dog named Aloy that lives in the apartment with me. She gets along with both cats and dogs if you have a pet of your own to bring along.
