$1,200/month + utilities (internet & electircty, water covered in rent). Private room in a 2BD/2BA unit, in a condo complex with multiple pools, spas, and a game room.

You’ll be sharing an existing ongoing lease with renewal on December 1.

Looking for someone of working age, easygoing, and able to keep themselves entertained but respect having a roommate who works nights and sleeps during daytime hours, so daytime quiet is a must.

Preferred someone sustainably employed [work-from-home is fine]. Outgoing and social is a plus, just not a partier.

You’ll have the place to yourself 4-5 nights a week(ish) and share with an easygoing, laidback, quiet, and respectful roommate, so expect that in return.

Non-scene, nerds, geeks most welcome.

Not looking for short-term renters. Located in Ramon Estados between Caballeros and Sunrise.

No pets, no smoking, no parties.
