I live in. 2bed, 2 bath apartment. The room I have for rent does have furniture, but it can be moved out and you can bring your own in if you want. Your bathroom is not attached, but I have my own, so it would strictly be yours. No pets, no smoking. Grounds have walking path, fitness center, pool, and car wash. Close to highway, mall, restaurants, and bars. It is quiet and such a great complex!

I am 44, and have lived here 4 years. I love TN, but am originally from CA. I have also lived in UT and MI. I am low key, go to bed early and wake up early. Don’t get me wrong, I do go out, but it really isn’t a late night. I love being outdoors, especially near a body of water, but I also love a quiet night in on the patio drinking wine.
