Renting out a room in a beautiful and quiet house located in Jacksonville, NC. Room will be for one person only. Property is located 8 minutes from Camp Lejeune main gate

18 minutes from New River Main Gate 7 minutes away from Jacksonville Mall 13-15 minutes from most stores like Walmart, restaurants, gyms and shopping centers.

Most will be included in the rent. You will have an assign spot in the driveway and there will be plenty parking space in the street side as well. You’ll never have to worry about blocking anyone or the inconvenience of having to move your vehicle to let someone out.

Even though this is a very safe neighborhood, there is also a camera outside the home which should give you extra peace of mind.

Even though it is important to keep things simple and clean, I understand that you should be able to decorate your space and give it your touch (as long as the space is not damaged before moving out) so, if this sounds like you, this place will be right for you.

I’m easy to communicate with and I strive to find tenants that are the same. Good hygienic practices are also important; as this will be a shared space and it’s just good to consistently practice those regardless.

Also worth mentioning: The area around the home is very friendly. It is 1 minute away from a park and 2 minutes away from a baseball field and open area for walking and to play sports.

But do not worry, there will be no loud noises or anything that will keep you up at night or wake you up early. I have never had issues with this before.

The property is also fenced so you’ll be able to enjoy time outside your room. I do ask for there to be no smoking, of any kind, inside the house.

The room is located on the second floor and tenant will share a bathroom. The room has a ceiling fan and also two small windows and a big closet. Therefore the spacious room will have lots of natural light but, it will be unfurnished.

WiFi, parking space, kitchen area and utilities such as the electric bill and water bill will be included in the rent. I do ask for a tenant to be able to stay for at least four to six months. Extensions can be so discussed. . Proof of ID will be required.
