Access to the entire house such as kitchen, living room, laundry room and backyard. Home is in a gated community that has a pool, jacuzzi, playground, and basketball court. Rent is 950 a month which includes utilities. Utilities consist of water, garbage, gas, electricity and wifi. Tenant will also have their own assigned parking ☺️ 500 security deposit, but refundable upon leaving if no damages occur.

Single occupancy only. No pets as we have our own.
